Note: Calro Infotech is a software development agency. We provide digital services and software solutions. There are no physical goods shipped for any of our services.

Calro Infotech ("we," "us," or "our") ensures that our clients receive high-quality software, web, and mobile application services in a timely and professional manner. This policy outlines how our services are delivered to you.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All services provided by Calro Infotech—including but not limited to Web Design, Software Development, App Development, and Technical Consulting—are delivered electronically. We do not use physical courier services or postal mail for service delivery.

2. Delivery Methods

Our digital deliverables are provided through the following secure channels:

Source Code: Delivered via secure repositories like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Websites/Apps: Deployed directly to the client's provided server environment or hosting platform.
Documentation: Sent via professional email or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Slack).
Credentials: Shared through encrypted communication channels.

3. Delivery Timeframe

The timeline for delivery is strictly governed by the Scope of Work (SoW) or Project Agreement signed between Calro Infotech and the client. Delivery occurs in phases (Milestones):

Milestone Delivery: Specific features are delivered according to the project roadmap agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
Final Delivery: The completed project is handed over after final testing and receipt of the final payment.

4. Proof of Delivery

For the purpose of payment processing and record-keeping, "Delivery" is considered complete when:

A confirmation email is sent to the client's registered email address.
The client provides a digital sign-off or acceptance of the milestone.
The website or application goes "Live" on the production server.

5. Delays

Calro Infotech is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Delays in client feedback or approval.
Delays in providing necessary server access or third-party APIs.
Unforeseen technical issues related to third-party hosting providers.
